IEEE SB CEA Quiz Club conducted the quiz for the month of December on 27 December 2023 at 7.30 PM via gforms.

This initiative aimed to assist S2 students in their exam preparation by providing expert guidance and support.

The event “ Evoke : RC Car Building Workshop“ was organized by the IEEE PES SBC ,College of Engineering Adoor,in collabration with the IEEE PES Kerala Chapter as part of IEEE PES Day 2026. The workshop aimed to introduce young minds to technology through a fun and practical learning experience.

The Poster Making Competition was organized by IEEE CEA SB SIGHT to design a poster for IEEE SIGHT Day 2026, held on 28th April 2026. Participants were allowed to upload their entries starting from 19th April 2026, and the deadline for submission was 25th April 2026.

The Humanitarian Quiz Competition was organized by IEEE CEA SB SIGHT in collaboration with the Quiz Club of IEEE SB CEA on 19th April 2026 at 8:30 PM. The event was conducted as a pre-event for IEEE SIGHT Day 2026, which was held on 28th April 2026. The quiz was conducted live using the platform Mentimeter along with a parallel session on Google Meet. The competition focused on the theme Sustainable Development and Global Humanitarian Issues. A total of 34 participants took part in the event.

Frames for Humanity was a photography contest organized by the IEEE CEA SB SIGHT as part of IEEE SIGHT Day 2026, based on the theme “Humanity.” Participants were invited to submit their photographs through the provided Google Form. The competition began on 13th April 2026, and the submission deadline was 25th April 2026. The results were announced on 28th April 2026. The contest received a total of three entries.

The session provided practical, hands-on exposure to official tools that streamline volunteering tasks and boost productivity. The session was taken by Mr. Kedar Kamalraj, Information Management Coordinator, IEEE LINK Team 2025. It covered navigating and utilizing IEEE vTools to manage operations, log activities, and work smarter within the student branch.

The IEEE Student Branch of College of Engineering Adoor hosted an exciting training session under the banner IGNITE 1.0 – Volunteer Training Program. The session, titled “Basics of Figma,” was designed exclusively for the ExeCom members of IEEE SB CEA to enhance their design and technical volunteering skills.
