INTRODUCTION
IEEE Computer Society SBC College of Engineering Adoor organised a webinar called XtremeLaunch 2.0 : A session on Competitive Coding. The event was organised as part of the series ‘XtremeLaunch’ to guide students through the world of competitive coding. This session, in particular, focused on solving coding problems on the platform LeetCode.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION
The session commenced with a warm welcome from Mr. Adarsh J, Secretary of IEEE CS SBC CEA, followed by the speaker, Mr. Jelan Mathew James, who is an experienced competitive programmer and a final year student of College of Engineering Adoor. He introduced participants to the fundamental techniques used in problem-solving and demonstrated a step-by-step approach to tackle a LeetCode problem. His clear explanation of the problem, along with strategies for breaking down and optimising the solution, was particularly helpful for budding coders. At the end of the session, the Chair of IEEE CS SB, Ms. Avani V., expressed her gratitude and delivered the vote of
thanks, appreciating the speaker and the participants for making the session a success.
The session saw active participation from students who asked questions about different approaches to solving problems and requested additional tips on improving their coding performance.
