INTRODUCTION 

IEEE CS SBC CEA along with IEEE SB CEA conducted the third lecture session on portfolio web development as a part of Train Up 4.O. The session was conducted in google meet platform and was handled by Mr Mr Faheem P A (Webmaster IEEE SB CEA , Web Team IEEE RAS Kerala Chapter ) 

BRIEF DESCRIPTION 

The final session aimed to help participants create a personal portfolio website and host it on GitHub. Participants started by selecting a suitable template from the internet as a starting point. With the guidance of the instructors, they edited and customized the template to match their personal preferences and professional needs. Additionally, participants learned the process of hosting their website on GitHub. They were introduced to the steps involved in creating a repository, connecting it to their local development environment, and using GitHub Pages or a similar method to publish their website online. The series of sessions on portfolio web development has provided participants with a comprehensive introduction to web development, focusing on HTML, CSS, and website hosting. The three sessions offered a structured learning experience, gradually building upon the participants’ knowledge and skills. By the end of the event, attendees were able to set up a web development environment, implement HTML and CSS effectively, and create and host their own portfolio websites. The workshop fostered an interactive and engaging environment where participants had the opportunity to apply their learning through hands-on activities. Overall, the event successfully empowered participants to showcase their work and skills through professionally designed portfolio websites. The session was very informative and received a lot of positive responses from the participants.
