IEEE CS SB CEA on occasion with IEEE Day conducted lecturette session about
‘Introduction to GitHub ‘On 8th October 2022 at 7:00 Pm.The event was held
through Google Meet and handled by Mr.Manu Suresh (S7 CSE).

The aim of this event was to provide a small lecture about Github and to create
awarness in students about its various possibilities. The event was one hour
long and provided basic knowledge about GitHub.

This lecture session covered the topics on what is GitHub?,History of GitHub,
motive behind GitHub, How to push new code into GitHub how to remove ,add
branch, how to store create GitHub repository . The event was very educative
and received positive responses from Participants.
