Introduction
The IEEE Student Branch of College of Engineering Adoor hosted an Executive Committee briefing meeting. The session aimed to review the recently conducted events and plan upcoming activities for each individual society and affinity group within the student branch
Brief Description
During the meeting, representatives from various societies and groups presented updates on their respective programs and initiatives:
IEEE PES: Conducted an event titled Pi-nomial, which saw active participation from 11 attendees, awarding a prize pool of 300 rupees. Additionally, they planned to organize EVOKE, a sustainable energy awareness initiative.
IEEE WIE: Successfully organized a Quiz Competition themed around Women’s Day. The event was held in collaboration with the Quiz Club of College of Engineering Adoor and was led by Mr. Adarsh Anil.
IEEE Computer Society: Planning to organize a comprehensive series of sessions focused on preparing students for the IEEE XTREME coding competition.
IEEE EdSoc: Planning to conduct a specialized program named Markup aimed at helping students with their academic exam preparations.
IEEE SIGHT: Conducted a Quiz Competition as part of the SIGHT Day celebrations. The event was organized in successful collaboration with the Quiz Club of College of Engineering Adoor.
