IEEE SB CEA conducted an online execom meet on 17 February 2023 via Google Meet for the discussion regarding the budget and planning of the IEEE Room.

An urgent execom meet was organized by IEEE SB CEA on 17 February 2023 at 7:00 pm via Google Meet. Ms. Irene Alsa George, Chair, IEEE SB CEA commenced the meeting. Then, Ms. Gopika Nair J, Secretary, IEEE SB CEA delivered the Code of Ethics. In the meet the members discussed the plan about how we’ll take on the IEEE Room and its funding. Initially, the decision was taken to use rupees one lakh twenty five thousand from the student branch fund to purchase an Ahuja Lectern worth forty thousand rupees and chairs for the IEEE room. Further funding and renovation will be taken by meeting previous execom members and alumni of the college. The members of the meeting as well Dr. Jayachandran E S, Branch Counselor, IEEE SB CEA and Dr. John George, Advisor, IEEE PES SBC CEA, IEEE IAS/IES Jt SBC CEA expressed their opinions and suggestions regarding the matter. The meeting ended with the vote of thanks given by Ms. Irene Alsa George, Chair, IEEE SB CEA.
