IEEE SB CEA organized its execom meet for the month of february on 8th February 2023 at the College Auditorium, CE Adoor. All the members of our student branch were invited for the meeting.

IEEE SB CEA conducted its execom meet for the month of february on 8th February 2023. The meeting had the gracious presence of Dr Jayanchandran E S, Branch Counselor, IEEE SB CEA, Dr. John George, Advisor, IEEE PES SBC CEA and IEEE IAS/IES Jt SBC CEA along with Ms. Irene Alsa George, Chair, IEEE SB CEA and other members of the student branch. The main focus of the meeting was the annual event report, annual financial statement, chapter presentations and revealing of the new execom 2023. Ms. Irene Alsa George, Chair, IEEE SB CEA commenced the meeting welcoming everyone. Followed by this Ms. Gopika Nair J, Secretary, IEEE SB CEA delivered the Code of Ethics. Then, Mr. Sujith Kumar A, Past Chair, IEEE SB CEA presented the annual event report and briefed about the activities organized by the student branch in the year 2022 and also listed out the achievements of the SB. After that Mr. Joel Siby Varghese, Treasurer, IEEE SB CEA presented the annual financial statement. The SB Chair and the Chairs of various societies presented their chapter presentations where they talked about their future events and plans.

Followed by this, Dr Jayachandran E S, Branch Counselor, IEEE SB CEA, gave his address. He spoke about his experiences and shared the joy of being an IEEE volunteer and how we as individual volunteers could contribute to the greater good.

Then, Dr. John George, Advisor, IEEE PES SBC CEA, IEEE IAS/IES Jt SBC CEA gave his address. He talked about how proud he felt to be a part of the IEEE family. He also shared his experiences as a volunteer and also encouraged the students to be sincere volunteers.

The meeting ended with the vote of thanks given by Ms. Irene Alsa George, Chair, IEEE SB CEA. The meeting ended at 6:30 pm.
