INTRODUCTION

 ENCODE+ was an editing contest organized by WiE AG SB CEA. The theme for the competition was The Resilience Chronicles:Stories of women who inspire you. Brief description The competition was conducted in July. It was held after the June “ENCODE” editing workshop. Editing is a useful skill in the expanding field of digital media.
