Introduction
IEEE SB CEA conducted the Annual General Body Meeting for the year 2025 on 20th of February 2025 at SDPK Hall,CE Adoor.
 
Brief Description
IEEE SB CEA conducted the Annual General Body meet for the year 2025 at the SDPK Hall,College of Engineering,Adoor.The meeting began with the code of ethics delivered by Ms.Sneha Mariyam Jose,Secretary,IEEE SB CEA. A warm welcome speech was delivered by Ms. Aswathi Gopi, highlighting the significance of the AGM and acknowledging the efforts of all committee members throughout the year.The commencement address was given by Ms. Raji A, Branch Counselor, IEEE SB CEA, who appreciated the collective achievements of the student branch and encouraged members to take up leadership roles and contribute to the technical community. Each society under IEEE SB CEA presented its annual report, summarizing the activities, events, and achievements of the past year. Mr. Joel Siby Varghese, Treasurer, IEEE SB CEA, provided a detailed financial report, including income, expenses, and budget allocations for the upcoming term.
 
The meeting concluded with the announcement of the New Executive Committee (ExeCom) for the upcoming tenure.The newly elected core committee included Sarath Sasi as Chair, Sneha Mariyam Jose as Vice Chair, Sree Lakshmi Manoj as Secretary, and Indheevara V as Joint Secretary. Additionally, Sooraj M was appointed as Treasurer, Sreejith V as SIGHT Chair, Gokul G K as PES Chair, Sruthy Joshy as IAS/IES Chair, Indrajith C as RAS Chair, Jesna Mary Mathews as WiE Chair, and Nehna Nazer as CS Chair.
 
The outgoing members extended their heartfelt congratulations to the new office bearers, expressing their confidence in the team’s ability to uphold the values of IEEE SB CEA while ensuring a smooth transition and continued growth of the organization.
The event concluded successfully with a note of gratitude extended to all members and participants.
