A quote can act as an aide memories to focus us towards a specific goal or plan of action.IEEE Robotics and Automation society and IAS/ IES Jt SB of IEEE SB CEA conducted a quote writing competition on the topic’Robotics Everywhere’. The basic objective of the event was to give oppertunity to make quotes and develop the technical writing skills as well as develop their ideas of students all over Kerala.

‘GLEAN’ – is a quote writing competition conducted by RAS and IAS/ IES Jt SB of IEEE SB CEA on 1st October to 10 October 2022. The topic of the competition is’Robotics Everywhere’ and shows participants of 25. The relevant of the topic is advancements in robotics are continually taking place in the fields of space exploration, health care, public safety, entertainment, defense, and more. These machines some fully autonomous, some requiring human input—extend our grasp, enhance our capabilities, and travel as our surrogates to places too dangerous or difficult for us to go. Gathered here are recent images of robotic technology, including an animatronic dolphin, a virtual Olympic torchbearer, a Martian explorer, a fried-chicken deliverer, firefighting machines, a seabed-mining robot, and much more.

The winners of the competition were declared on 15th October 2022.The prize went to Aiswarya S Kumar of College of engineering Adoor and Sivani of LBS institute of science and technology for women.And the event was a great success.
